Robert Kenneth "Ken or Kenny" Shipman Jr ABILENE, TEXAS Robert was an avid hunter and fisherman. He passed on his love of animals to his children and grandchildren. Always full of laughter and stories. He was an electrician, environmentalist, and sold insurance. He also owned and operated his own Hotshot trucking business. He was also an incredible athlete including playing semi - pro baseball, and Golden Glove boxing. He is survived by his parents Kenneth and Minnie Shipman wife of 53 years Billie Shipman and 5 children Clint Shipman, Bret Shipman and his wife Jennifer, Brian Shipman and his wife Rebecca, Roger Shipman, and Amy Tillery (Shipman) 9 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his younger brother David Shipman.
