Jeana Marie Beasley TAVARES, FL It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeana Marie Beasley, 63, who passed away on Friday, October 23, 2026, following a brief stay at Cornerstone Hospice in Tavares, Florida. Born on August 18, 1963, in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Jeana always considered Odessa, Texas, her home, as it held the majority of her memories and life's history. She graduated from Permian High School in 1981 and went on to work for ChampionX, formerly Champion Technologies, for 23 years before health challenges forced her to step away. A longtime and active member of Second Baptist Church in Odessa, Jeana found community and connection there throughout the years. In 2017, she moved to Tavares, Florida, to be closer to her brother, nieces, and nephews. Jeana will be remembered for her quick wit, outgoing personality, and adventurous spirit. An avid athlete, she enjoyed softball, camping, hiking, and kayaking, especially when she could share those adventures with her beloved nieces and nephews. Never one to shy away from a thrill, Jeana was a bit of a daredevil and even completed multiple skydiving jumps. She also had a deep love for animals and welcomed many pets into her life over the years, though her cats always held a particularly special place in her heart. Jeana was preceded in death by her doting father, Thomas Lee Beasley, and her loving mother, Cliffa Jean (Estep) Beasley. She will be laid to rest alongside her parents in Trent, Texas. She is survived by her brother, Matthew Beasley, and his wife, Corinne, of Groveland, Florida, as well as two nieces and two nephews who reside across Florida, Texas, and Alaska. Jeana's adventurous spirit, quick wit, and love for her family will be cherished by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
