Janet Marie Larson ODESSA Janet Marie Larson passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 63 in Odessa, Texas. Born on December 16, 1962, Janet was known for her loving and mischievous spirit, deeply cherished by her family and friends. A graduate of Libby High School in 1981, Janet dedicated much of her life to being a homemaker and caregiver, roles in which she excelled with kindness and devotion. Her life was marked by a profound love for her family, including her children Ross John Lara, Nicholas Lara (Crystal), and Olivia Quezada (Robert), and her grandchildren Kayden, Avalynn, Camila, and Calayah. She also shared her heart with her sisters, Beth Griffin (Mike) and April Larson. Janet's personality was a vibrant mix of stubbornness and sweetness, always ready with a prank or a joke, making every family gathering memorable. She was an ardent fan of the Green Bay Packers, and her hobbies included watching Green Bay Packers playing football, assembling puzzles, couponing and playing dominos. She leaves behind not only her human family but also her beloved cats and a special friend, Steve Joiner. Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Sharon Larson. A service to celebrate Janet's life will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 311 Ministries. She will be remembered as a loving mother, a caring sister, a doting grandmother, and a loyal friend whose warmth and humor brought joy to many.
