Gary Don Francis BRECKENRIDGE Gary Don Francis, 72, of Breckenridge, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 8, 1953, in Anson. Family was the center of Gary's world. Gary was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Don Francis and mother Margaret Fern (Mayfield) Francis. He shared a beautiful life with his beloved wife, Carla of 53 years. He was a proud father to Jennifer and Jeremy, and to his son Jason, who preceded him in death. Gary lovingly welcomed his children's spouses into the family: Nathan Clements, husband of Jennifer, and Jennifer Francis, wife of Jeremy. His legacy lives on through his nine grandchildren and two great - grandchildren. Gary is also survived by his loving siblings, Liz Roedel, Debbie Smith, and Mike Francis, as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service celebrating Gary's life will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Odessa.
