Thomas Ray "Tom" Dial DEL RIO, TEXAS Tomas "Tom" Ray Dial, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 here in Del Rio. He was born on October 29, 1944 in Victoria, Texas. Preceding him in death were his parents, Loraine and Henry Arnold Dial; siblings: Gene Dial, Barbara Legg, and "Bucky" Dial; and sister - in - law, Betty Russell; Surviving family members include his beloved wife of 60 years, Darlene A. Dial of Del Rio; sons, Garrett Dial of Portland, TX, and Tilden Dial and wife Amy Dial of Odessa, Tx; granddaughter, Brittany Dial of New Braunfels, TX; sisters: Martha Robinson and Callie Graham, both of San Antonio, Texas; Thomas is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Thomas' final wishes were to be cremated and scattered. No services will be held.
